    Their Customer service is non existent. Seems like everyone’s hands are tied and they pawn it off on someone else. Then finally you find out who the right person is that you need to talk to and they are never in the office. I’ve left numerous voicemails for Pam in the Kilgore office over the last 4 months and another today she finally returned my call today just to say she couldn’t help.
