I used to love this bank. But i guess since COVID-19 they have hidden charges. Also when you call for customer service you have to deal with Keisha, Bianca, Diamond, and they never seem to be having a good day.

I do not care for this bank have been with them for years. They have been charging crazy fees lately. Looking for a new bank now.

Went in to apply for a loan and we normally work with Debra ( she is awesome) but Debra was busy and put us with Skye Weeks. She was amazing and fast, she explained a lot of questions I had to where I understood them, while all the time I had been doing somethings wrong where I put money on a loan payment. ETPCU has always been good to us. Not only to me but now my son banks there and has started his credit with them and has been able to get loans that he thought at age 19 he would not be able to get. Our whole family banks here at the ETPCU in Kilgore. We love them.

Worst bank in town they will try and charge you for everything. They also have the worst employees they are rude and always look pissed off. You picked your job don't take it out on other people.
