My disabled mother needed to make a few deposits. We found out this location accepts F&A Federal credit union deposits thru the ATM. Her location in the valley by CSUN is closed for remodeling so finding an alternative near me was awesome! There is a drive thru ATM that is open 24/7. She said she thinks it's worth the drive to continue using the ATM at this location. I'll find any excuse to have my mom visit me here in Simi valley! Plus I feel it's a lot safer for her out here than near Northridge especially when using an ATM.

It's a credit union! Open to anyone living or working in Ventura County. It's not-for-profit so the members get the benefit in the form of lower interest rates on loans and better long term investments. Easily get a fee free checking account, and fee free savings, just keep a minimum of $5 in any account to keep it open. Way lower overdraft fees if you link checking and savings accounts, like $5 per transaction with auto transfer from savings to checking! Beat that!

it's like banking 30 years ago. systems and processes are significantly outdated and inconvenient. rates are worse than big banks. no real reason to do business with VCCU.

They discriminate if you are disabled or handicap. I have a medical exemption for not wearing a mask and they made me stand next to the trash can outside in order to get money out of my account. I canceled my business with them. Discrimination for people with disabilities will never be okay.

Fabian was so helpful. I had a large amount of fraud on my account and he spent so much time helping me navigate through it properly. He was very patient and thorough. Thank you Fabian.

They have A-1 customer service that other bigger institutions should emulate. They sincerely value and take time to check on their clients and listen to them. They add a personal touch in all interactions from the frontline personnel who gives you options on services that would best fit your needs up to the branch manager who takes time to read your feed back and sends a hand written thank you card. These people are TOP NOTCH!
