I was recommended to your credit Union by two local friends for a car loan. I contacted the bank and was assisted by Kevin B. He provided great customer service while being very attentive to my questions and needs. Kudos to Kevin for doing such an outstanding job! They approved my loan at an incredible rate. Homerun for Velocity! Highly recommend.

Super upset with velocity as a lender. I was recommended to them for an auto loan, things were smooth at first, i was approved right away but then when it was time to finalize the loan ive been ghosted by Melissa. This is important stuff, thousands and thousands of dollars and a hopes of developing a long term relationship with them for much future business, accounts, savings, investments etc but now i am very weary to say the least. My hope was to have a good experience and recommend them as a reputable lender but i cant, in good faith do that at this point

Everyone at Velocity Community has been friendly and professional. I just used Andy Carpiuc, from their Auto advisor department to help Me purchase a new car. He made car buying a very pleasant experience, got a great price for me and delivered it and picked up my old car. All in 2 days! I highly recommend Andy if you want to Purchase a car whether or not you are a member. This is a voluntary review as I want to recognize superior service as its hard to find. Also I just as highly recommend Velocity Community CU just as highly. So happy i became a member.

Velocity Credit Union is the absolute best. I have been a member for several years. I have purchased several vehicles and financed them through Velocity. I have always received exceptional service from Melissa and they have always been able to beat the rates given by competitors. I love the personal feel that you get when dealing with the staff unlike the larger banking institutions. Always a positive experience. I've been with this credit union since I was probably 15 years old when it was Florida Aircraft Federal Credit Union. I'm in my 60's and still have my checking, savings, all of my cars are financed through Velocity and my mortgage and Visas. The people are so friendly and helpful, and the President, Jeff Marshall, is always smiling and saying hi. I'll never leave Velocity; it's a great banking experience!

Been a member since the 1980's when the credit union was known as Florida Aircraft Federal Credit Union and my father was an employee at Pratt and Whitney. I chose this credit union because I would not be able to maintain a high minimum balance at my young age. With my checking there, I had no fees and even received interest on whatever amount I had. Still with Velocity, the service fees are much lower than other banking alternatives and the rates are often better as well. Now, we even have more office options now too. Am very happy to still be a customer.

I have been with Velocity Credit Union since 1992 when my husband and I got married. He was already a member so I was added to his accounts. They are wonderful there. They go above and beyond for your needs.The service is amazing. We even live quite a distance from the bank but I wouldn't change for anything. I highly recommend the bank for the great accounts and the people are amazingly friendly.

Velocity Community Credit Union and their staff are awesome! Anyone whose ever had "no so good credit" knows how tough the road to rebuilding it can be; The fact that I was able to get a car loan from them when I was turned down everywhere else boosted my score about a hundred points. Their staff is amazing at their job and their a bunch of caring individuals.

I've been with Velocity since I moved to Florida back in 1996. Thanks for my father who has since retired working for Pratt & Whitney, I was able to gain access to all the credit union had to offer. They have always managed my account with respect and the customer service doesn't get better anywhere else. I have been with Velocity since 1963. They are an excellent bank where there long time employees know you by name. Velocity has been the bank where I financed my cars, refinanced my home and took out many loans over the last 46 years of banking. I started savings/checking accounts for my kids at the age of 10 and they are still members after college and now married. Fortunately, I feel like Velocity is part of my family, and other banks just don't have the friendly atmosphere that I am accustomed to in banking. Joined this credit union because I had heard credit unions gave better rates but was more than disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a vehicle loan, and from start to finish the woman I dealt with was dismissive and was actually laughing at my questions. I've never been treated that way doing business with any bank. In addition to down right lying to me they still came in 3.5% higher on APR than almost every one of the big banks! I can not for the life of me understand why anyone would do business with this credit union? Certainly don't waste your time on an auto loan application with them ;)

HI, I wanted to thank a particular staff member of yours: Kyra Tobin. Not only did she take the time and effort to help me, but she went the extra mile to call different reps and to resolve my case. I cannot even explain how great she made me feel and the way she calmed me down was amazing. I wanted to thank her and tell her how much I appreciate everything she did for me. She definitely makes a everyone feel welcome and have a wonderful experience!

Used them for an auto loan and had a terrible time once the account was set up. The website has a terrible user interface, with difficulty from logging in to finding *where* to make payments. After a few years, I went to close out my account it took days to actually navigate the process which could not be done online. And once the auto loan closed, the website kept processing my automatic payments for several months even though the loan account was closed. Very frustrating and glad to (hopefully) be done.

Avoid this credit union at all costs. I came in and picked multiple rolls of quarters. One of the rolls had pennies stuffed between quarters to fill it up. When I found out I called them to explain and they stated that customers bring in their own rolls of change and they just hand it back out to new customers without checking or verifying anything and once it is handed to another customer it is no longer their problem. A horrible practice that only screws over the customer all because they don't want to verify what is coming in. Nothing you get handed from this credit union can be trusted and they refuse responsibility.

We love the Velocity Community Credit Union! We own a Limousine business and they were so helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with! We refinanced all of our vehicles through Velocity with the best interest rate we can find in the area! Our customer service representative gave us excellent service, great rates and was very courteous! We will always have an account there and use them for future loans! I have been with Velocity since it was Florida Aircraft Federal Credit Union. I started off with just a savings account when I was about 11 years old. Not one time have myself or my family had any problems with them. They are always very helpful, and I love that when I go in, everyone remembers me by name and says hi. Recently I brought my husband in to open an account and they also helped me open an account for my son. I recommend this bank to everyone I know when asked for good banks in the area. Velocity is definitely a life long institution.

What a wonderful banking/loan experience. Velocity's team is responsive, attentive, and most of all willing to go the extra mile. Specifically, Glenda, Cindy, Melissa, & Ingrid have been so helpful! I highly recommend this Credit Union. They break down the process so a layman such as myself can understand what exactly occurs. In this day & age that is something I greatly appreciate.

Velocity is a great bank full of awesome people who are willing to help you! I visit the PGA branch and I've never had a bad experience. Did you know they can also save you money !! I was paying 11.7 % APR for my car and refinanced under Velocity for a 4.2% APR. Talk about a break in my bank account! This credit union is by far the best around :)

I have had wonderful experiences with Velocity the tellers and associates are always friendly and helpful! My Debit card was recently compromised they were quick to resolve the issue and get me a new card. I also have my Auto loan threw Velocity they gave me a very low interest rate. Over all just a good place to do your banking!

My husband and I have been members for 30+ years. Velocity Community Credit Union has helped us meet many milestones in our lifetime. Our children and parents have also become mebers over the years.
