I have been working with this group for information on the best options on student loan forgiveness and I am really glad I have been. There are several different options out there for forgiveness but if you apply for the wrong one, it disqualifies you for the one that can truly benefit you or really fit your needs. They have kept me up to date on my consolidation process and repayment plans. Evan, specifically, is really dependable in returning phone calls and understanding and working with individualized plans. Super thankful for this group! Worth every cent.

She explained how I have completed all the documentation necessary to get the Student Loan Forgiveness. Now it’s a matter of time for approval. They give monthly updates. I must admit that I was nervous on the day of my appointment with Patti O. Her initial tone, kindness, and knowledge of the company and the testimony of how many have been helped soothed my fears away. TSLHG is an answer to prayer on the never ending student loan debacle. Fedra, one of their team members who assisted me, was professional and knowledgeable; not only was she was able to slash my monthly payment, she delivered the great news that in two years my loan would be forgiven based on my lengthy loan with the Federal program. I guess there is an October 2022 deadline, so interested parties should give them a call asap. I'm glad I did!

I received a phone call from my loan servicer stating they can do the same for free. I called TSLHG to cancel. The president, Ryan, called me himself and explained. He spoke with me and broke down the service they provide so that I can understand. After listening I realized Ryan and his team does not work for the service fee, but they genuinely want to help. They do not care about us. Really a bad service. Patti Ogilvie was not willing to hear me. I didn't miss my appointment, she was in a hurry. I'm writing a review so you can improve your customer service. I arranged a new appointment but now I have to wait until June. That is not fair.
