Great customer service and product knowledge! I've bought my vehicles through Varneys for years and they never disappoint.

I arrived for my service appointment a few minutes early the service advisor listen to my concerns took my truck right in and got it back to me in record time. I was very impressed with the service and I'll be back again.

One of the worst genuine experiences I've had let alone at a dealership that claims to be the best for its particular brand. Between the absolute atrocious service, to being over priced considerably for a simple fuel line replacement. They took a one day job and turned it into a weeks job and had nothing to say but pay and get out... haven't felt so disappointed in a decision yo go some place for service in a long time. If you value your money, stay away from here like Co-vid.

Staff was friendly and understood the service promotion I was there for. It was performed in a timely fashion and accomodated my busy schedule. I have been coming to this dealership for my GM vehicles (service) sometime now and no complaints.

I just purchased my third vehicle in a row from Varney Chevrolet. They have always worked with me when other businesses like Lee and Quirk would not. If you're looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend this place. The people are friendly, courteous and make purchasing a vehicle a lot less stressful.

It was an absolute pleasure to drive to Pittsfield and see Nathan Cambers the General Sales Manager, and to meet Joe in service with a prompt oil change, and to meet Nick Varney, I think I found my new Chevrolet dealer. The owner , GSM and service department were all friendly and answered all my questions. It was refreshing to go there and I will again. Thank you

My car was having trouble so I went to Varney's to have it checked out. They found out what part was causing the problem and did not have the part in stock on the day I took my car in. They told me to bring my car back when the part would come in and I did. It only took 1/2 hour to replace the part and now the car is working great again.

They are rip offs !!!! The service department replaces parts that don’t need to be replaced and charge you twice for parts. I had a 2700.00 extended warranty that didn’t take effect until the car reached 60,000 miles, it’s at 61175 and I traded the car in and will only recieve587.00 back on a 2700.00 policy! Where’s the reasoning in that? And they couldn’t tell me why I was only getting that amount back! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!! Not even my worse enemy!

Got an oil change there and come to find out they also did a "tire rotation". Discovered my lugnuts were not tightened at all! Very dangerous to say the least! My car still doesn't drive the same and so I demanded my money back to which they agreed. All I got was coupon for 10$ off my next maintenance! Um no thank you! My business is gone for sure! 100% do not recommend!

Tim and jim made things so simple and easy! It was my very first financing and purchasing. They were awesome!!
