Every time my wife or I go to this branch we are treated poorly for one reason or another. I've used this credit union for over twenty years and this location is garbage. Broadway is the place to go where you feel welcome and treated with respect. Definitely done with the Wilmont location and the poor quality of customer service or shall I say lack of.... No need for an apology as well we know it's just your way of acting like your branch truly cares.

Terrible customer service 😑 all around bad experience Terrible bank no 24 hrs service if stolen or any issue better wait till Monday 9am employees are not helpful at all just standing around doing nothing but being rude

I opened an account when I filed for bankruptcy and at no point was I ever told my accounts would be closed if I surrenderd my vehicle that was included in my bankruptcy. I was told by a banker I could leave my savings account open and just found out today by chance of me looking at online banking to see that my savings was closed to. The lack of communication to your customers sucks!!!

Save yourself from some pretty extreme rudeness and mild embarrassment. Went in for an auto loan and the squat little nasty viper woman announced in front of about 20 people how I should have called for an appointment, when I had already been quietly waiting for about 20minutes. Was I bothering someone? I felt like I was just sitting there. Its ok tho- she sure put me in my place for having the gall to show up without an appointment (she expressed disdain for this like 3 times, how was I to know??), by basically taking my request for a loan and choke-slamming it to death with all the rabid intensity of a cracked up mongoose going to town on a cobra. Long story short, take your business elsewhere where you won't be disrespected and denied for no good reason.

Best CU out there, with lots of tools to help one save and achieve goals and such. Too bad they don't have more buildings in other convenient locations.

I've had multiple payments at various stores & online rejected this month when i had money in my account. I was given no valid explanation. Epic #fail of the most basic functionality. YEAH i already visited your branched and expressed my opinion that the answer was wildly inadequate and would likely result in my departure but was offered no further options.

I have had good experiences with vantage west but I do have a complaint on the employees ability to help and the app. My most recent example is I went to add my chase banking account so I can transfer between the two however vantage west never sent a trial deposit to chase and the app said I have to call in for help. So I called in explained the situation and representative was unable to help. She kept requesting the trial deposit amount and she finally understood it didn't go through and advised me to delete the account and add it again. I asked if she could help me out with that over the phone since I am at work. She said no she has no access to help but she was willing to walk me through. We got to the area on the app where I needed to delete it and there was no delete option. She than advised that I have to be on a desk top to handle this not the app. It was a waste of mine and her time and I don't understand why I'd be directed to these options if they are completely useless to serve my need. It is very frustrating as I work during banking hours and have to try to fine a second in between tasks to handle issues.

I was charged $16/month in fees for a checking account, and $5/month for an identity theft monitoring service that I don’t use. They don’t pay out for their rewards program. They won’t refund the fees. Closing my account ASAP. I would be better off taking my business to a regular bank.

My 10+ year membership was meaningless when financial trouble lead us down the path of bankruptcy. They immediately closed all my accounts and mail a check of remaining balances. "Improve you financial life...or else"
