He is empathetic toward the stresses and axieties that are typical of the home loan process, and he did all he could to keep those anxieties to a minimum, even going above and beyond in once instance. With the exception of a couple of hiccups regarding a couple of important email attachments getting lost with an assistant and a snaffu with some wrong insurance information being printed on the final closing documents (caused about an hour delay at closing but was quickly corrected), there is nothing to keep me from highly recommending Robert's services.
