We just completed our fourth loan with Sheila Smith. She is remarkably good at her job, straightforward, and truly cares about what is best for you and your family while getting the job done. Very trustworthy, has told me in the past when there’s a better deal out there, or when to wait. Each time I have work with her I have compared her rates with at least three other places, and she always found the best while giving us the tremendous advice, availability, and support throughout the entire process.

I give Andy and his team 5 stars. Vantage mortgage did what they promised. They were thorough, quick and I believe I got the most bang for my buck. Working with Yumi was great! Very clear communication and always willing to give me an update and answer questions if I wasn't sure where we were at in the process. Seemed like the turn around on her end was really fast as well so I never had to worry too much if forms were submitted right or if there would be any issues. I used her both when I bought my house and then again when I refinanced since it went so well the first time. In fact, main reason I knew to refinance is that she sends out some notices here or there on the state of the market, and after a brief follow up found I could get a rate that was a full two points off. I ended up saving about $240 in expenses monthly because of those email updates. Really can't speak highly enough of the experience and the result.

I cannot recommend Andy and the Vantage Mortgage Group team highly enough - they're incredible! From beginning to end, I received amazing service, prompt responses, and thorough explanations (of concepts that I didn't understand). During the home-buying process, I was overseas for 3 of the final 6 weeks leading to closing day...and obviously, very stressed about getting everything completed and signed on time. Andy and the team worked with my crazy time zones, made what I needed to do very simple, and formatted everything so I could sign digitally without needing to access printers and work stations. Three months into my newly purchased home and couldn't be happier!
