BEST PLACE FOR VETERANS!! I bought my house through them 2 years ago. It was great service then including helping me through the nightmare that was my house sale. They were even able to get my financed when another lender wouldn't work with me because I was 2 points short of what they wanted me to be at. fast forward to this year. I just refinanced through them and again got great service! I personally suggest them to ALL veterans. They might service more then just veterans but like i said for any veterans I HIGHLY SUGGEST THEM!!

It was my first refinance. Oswego was great. Process was seamless. All my questions were answered. I knew what to expect during the process. The appraisal and notary were my only contacts during the process. That was remarkable during Covid. I highly recommend for all of your refinancing needs.

FANTASTIC SERVICE! I recently had the opportunity to help a recently (honorably) discharged vet purchase a home! In the beginning, I had another mortgage broker tell me the buyers' VA financing 'couldn't be done' due to this buyers' specific circumstances. BUT, Steve and his team at Oswego Mortgage never faltered!! AND they got the job done in record time!!!! Even despite a glitch with a low appraisal, which terminated the transaction for a week before we could pick up the pieces and put the transaction back together! So I called Oswego Mortgage in early September to see if I was eligible to refinance my VA loan And by October 6th I was totally refinanced at a fantastic new low rate! And to top it all off, we never left our home! We scanned and E-mailed all documents needed(Back and forth), and in the end they even came to our house for the final document signings!
