All the store are ripped off and over charge, I called corporate office to make a complaint it's been two week haven't returned my call

There is a woman named Amy that works at store number 11211 is very rude and disrespectful not only has she cussed at my husband she's very rude and even hung up on my husband and I will never do business at that store again. The list of things she has done wrong is too long to type. I've never been so disrespected in my life she has the worst customer service skills I've ever seen I have done a lot of business with Value Pawn for many years but I will never use that store ever again as long as she works there I have now transferred over to a different store store number 11203 they are very nice and polite to me. I expect a phone call from someone so I can explain what happened she is a very nasty woman and has no idea how to work with customers and should not work with customers she has very poor customer service. I will be sure to pass my message on so no one goes to that store the turnover there is in credible she is a very nasty person and like I said I will be sure to let everyone I know to never do business at that location. If it were possible I would give her a negative star

These ppl are thieves things they sold you never last and never take their protection plans cause they will never honor it

Your company needs to work on their customer service especially the one in perrine your employees are rude and when you try to bargin price they give you an attitude as if i dont have the right to negotiate. I went there to buy 2 TVs that i needed asap. But walked out with none i simply just went down the road to Brands Mart and ended up buying 3 TVs. I spend my money where i get treated with friendly service.

I guess my hundreds aren't blue and my twentys aren't blue & green.... I waited and waited and waited today for assistance to actually buy and iPad Air 2 but pawns were obviously more important than selling and it took two employees to find the value of a cheap home depot weed eater!!! My expectations were completely failed. And they had the nerve to have a sign out front with the managers picture on it saying "we aim to exceed your expectations" rotflmao!!!!
