Tommy was the perfect employee, Rachel did everything possible at assist me with what was needed to test the gear I brought. Shaneka took great care of me. The perfect employee. Godfrey the manager even took a liking to me. And last but not least Candice went out of her way to close the loan. And she informed me of all the pawning processes.

So listen here… Candice is the best. She knows everything about everything in her location… and I remember meeting her in a whole different location and guess what she remembers me!!! I would give her 100 stars if that option was abavilable… Google make that option!

Out of all the pawn shops I have been to. This one is the only one that offers you the lowest price out of twenty two others I have visited. The staff is very rude when you don't take the few dollars they offer you on items that are worth hundreds of dollars. In my opinion you can find twenty other shops within ten miles that will offer you more than this site does. I don't see any handicap parking spots or a handicap entrance.

Brandon has terrible customer service….The African American bald guy clearly has no business in customer service as he was passed disrespectful to my mother than I had to step in…I tend to do business here a lot but after today I will never…I will take my items elsewhere…I’m a manager at aldis and Brandon should not be in customer service….not only did I call to secure my items for a later date but I was quoted the price of 662 and walk in and now had to pay 795 for item I only got 500$ for….Seth needs to better with his team…you guys officially lost a valuable customer behind someone’s blatant negligence….SATISFACTORY IS ZEROOOOOOO STARS!!!!

Worst pawn shop in south fl Hood not up todate Location outside dirty Workers no better Ghetto Unprofessional Changed facilities to all black staff except for the Amish man STAY AWAY My job is to do review I can truly say this is one of the worst pawn shop I’ve reviewed this month Any 5 it’s come from the staff Cause they seems to be lap dog and faulting other staff members for their wrong doings because they don’t like them Team member shouldn’t speak poorly of other members while assisting customers (management at that shenka)
