Amscot - The Money Superstore E Sample Rd, Pompano Beach

Very friendly staff. I visited the Pompano Beach store off of Sample Road. I've been using Amscot for the last five years now, ever since I got divorced. They have helped me a lot, the staff is very understanding and empathetic, and they tell you exactly what you need to bring in over the phone, without Amscot, without God watching over me, I wouldn't be able to survive. The staff at the Pompano Beach store is extremely professional unfriendly, they make you feel at home. What I like about Amscot is that there are two ATMs in there, and they're basically open 24/7 and it's a very secure place to get your money at night

Apparently they are open 24/7 now. But even before that Ive gone to this same store for the past 3 years and no matter how busy they are honestly I have never spent more than 15 mins there. I go once a month usually between the 1st-3rd and yeah the people have attitudes I admit that but they are quick so they can have a bad attitude I don't care lol. I have heard the people they have to deal with so I can understand, it's not an excuse but I don't need no friendly fake attitude, as long as I'm getting what I need in a timely manner, I don't care. Keep up the good work..

I have never had even remotely close to an okay visit at any Amscot. This one in particular is rude and very unprofessional. They have no idea what customer service is or how to handle any situation. When your a financial institution you should take you job seriously due to the fact your dealing with money and people's social security numbers. All in a the place blows, step it up Amscot.

Save yourself the headache avoid the lady names Sandra, money is a difficult subject for most people so having an understanding teller is important most of these people hate their jobs and take it out on the customers, if there was any other store open 24 hours I would recomend going to them

This place is tereible been waiting for almost an hour. Started helping me stopped to help 4 different customers before me im still here and everyone who came in after me is gone. Worst customer service ever. Dont come here

They are very rude and not respectful about people's time.

Friendly staff, fast lines, and no fees for money orders. Clean facility with two ATMs inside. And lots of parking available. Open on holidays like labor day as well. Definitely better than checks cash facilities. I was impressed with easy registrations and verification for checks to be cashed. Never going to purchase a money order anywhere else. There is a $1000 limit for money orders but with no fees you don't have to worry about splitting it because you aren't charged for them.

the Manager Paula was extremely helpful and sensitive to my situation.. i wanted to recognize her for this , this is my brothers account but i wanted to go ahead and let everyone know that if you visit this Amscot Paula will make sure everything goes smoothly for you. Thanks Paula

Service is absolutely horrible. Service Rep Daniella, and manager is very unprofessional. Came in to get a money order for my sister and they wouldn’t let me get the money order because my sister owed them money. Even though I didn’t owe them anything. The rep was being all secretive. Very unprofessional I would never recommend.

First time cashing a check at this location Every one there was very nice I called before I went and I got very accurate Information I definetly recommend this location Thank you Amscot.
