My visit today was nothing short of amazing. The staff was so very helpful, patient, and very pleasant. I would just like to give a very big huge shout out to Norma, Adam, and Sandra for your A1 customer service. My niece and I were 100% satisfied with the service that each one of you provided. We will definitely be back to shop again.

This week was my first ever visit to Value Pawn. I met a lady named Sandra who was fun and gave the place a good vibe. Thx! I'll definitely use this location in the future, what a pleasant experience.

This place is great the workers are very friendly. The prices are always low. Great place to shop. I recommend this place to anybody. Keep up the good work!

This is my favorite pawn shop and the people there are so nice, helpful and Honest Especially John I took my $20O Oakley sunglasses in to pawn And John told me they were fake.i went back to Sunglasses hut & got my money back. He's truly a blessing. I would never have known. Thank you so very much

Let me first say that I generally do not write reviews, however, I came into this shop looking to purchase a ring and although I did not find one at this time, I will definitely come back to this store. Brian, the young man who helped me was polite, attentive and so pleasant to deal with. He made me feel welcome and made my experience a very positive one. It would be great if customer service everywhere I shopped was as wonderful an experience as it was here.

My experience here was just amazing. I came in with a broken phone looking for a new one. Brian and Norman were absolutely amazing. I got my phone and insurance on the phone and if anything goes wrong I can return it no problem and receive almost double what I paid in store credit (phone is great though) and was even able to activate the phone for free thanks to these guys.

This was one of the most painless pawn experiences I’ve had yet! They went through my tools and only took what they needed to make the loan amount I needed. Very friendly staff and a clean facility that has a little of everything.

Came into this shop for the first time a few days ago and was immediately greeted by Brian’s warm welcome and smiling face. He was very attentive and personable, and had a great sense of humor. With employees like this I’ll definitely be back! I will recommend this pawn shop to friends and family and tell them to ask for Brian. 10/10 would recommend this guy and this pawn shop!

They are price Gouging, I was Looking for a Rototiller a jackhammer , they had one from harbor Freight use, for more then is was brand new 50 dollars over. DONT NOT GO TO THEM they DONT DO GOOD BUSINESS, OH AS I WAS THERE THERE WAS 3 GM THE THERE LOOKING AT THE STORE AN DID NOTHING TO HELP.

I visited the Value Pawn on 34th Street South and was greeted by Tina. She had an infectious smile and was so upbeat. She patiently explained the entire pawn and purchase process to me, all the while her smile never waned. Although I did not purchase anything that day, I would definitely go back there...especially if I see Tina smiling when I walk in the door!

Came in to purchase a pressure washer Brian helped us out. We got a great deal on it. The Staff is very friendly there. We bought a buffer earlier this morning the young lady was friendly also.

Had a awful experience with a extremely rude and vindictive employee named Juan. If I understand correctly he's mad due to me asking for his name knowing id be talking to his manager for changing price on me and attempting to lie in my face as if he didn't just agree with me on an out the door price.. Beware this guy.. Other employees I've made deals with in the past have been smooth.

I was in default on my engagement ring and Tina helped me be able to keep it. Definitely recommend this pawn shop over all the other ones. Great store, gave me a free lock for my bike after I told them it was stolen!!!!! These guys are upper echelons. Great store and service!!! I recommend this shop to anyone

I had the Best Experience with the lady that was helping me. She was so sweet, knew exactly how to help me and I am definitely coming back to see this Lady only.. Her Name is Sandra Faust. Great place I brought my laptop to sell and they gave a great offer. Very nice people. They also have a bunch of stuff in great conditions.

Just bought a laptop from here. best laptop Ive ever owned, hands down. perfect condition and costs way less than retail. I went to every pawn shop on 34th st N and this one was the best option. clean, good customer service. thanks guys -Steve (the guy who bought the badass Hp laptop)

I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops but this one is by far the best one I’ve been to. First day in Florida and they made my experience here spectacular. Brought my ps4 to Florida but not the cords. They were able to help me out fast. Great service, very friendly, this won’t be the last time I’m there that’s for sure. :)

This was my first pawn shop loan ever, and I must say the experience could NOT have been better. Brian was awesome and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my product was valued as high as possible. Javier was able to keep a smile on my face (which is no small task these days) and helped me feel great about putting my trust in this establishment. Surprisingly great experience. Usually not a pawn shop guy, looking for a used guitar. Found a great players quality Piece, very reasonable price and awesome customer service. Bryan was legit and made the experience far less sketchy.

Brian helped me get the best deal, great customer service all around, also Kyle and the rest of the staff do their best to provide you with a great experience.
