Very nice staff. A lot of paperwork to do, but the staff explains everything in great detail, so as not to cause any confusion. They do everything they can to get you approved for whatever loan you might need. They have ways to work with you to modify/refinance a loan and are very flexible. 5/18/2021 Came back 2 years later when in need of another quick loan.They made the process as easy as possible, very friendly staff. Its a bit pricey with the interest, but very helpful in a pinch.

At Instaloan the staff are very friendly, professional, & explained everything thoroughly. What I like the most was an option of having a card or check when loan was approved their determination to assist me when they computer issues, which was out of their control. When I say they were so nice and helpful. The inst I walked in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. First I talked to Vern, she was so willing to help and gave me all the information I needed to get the process started. After I filled out the paperwork I needed I talked to Carla who got everything into the computer right away. They both were so helpful and did everything in their power to get you approved. When I came in today this place was extra busy. Tanaeya was very prompt in greeting me while still taking care of the other customers. I waited about 20 minutes and I noticed the girls there didn’t let the amount of customers slow them down. This place only has positive reviews because the women that work there make you give them a positive review before they will hand you the check. Now during a pandemic, when we are all struggling and unable to pay all of our bills, they either repo your car or put a hold on your registration. Awesome way to do business. I understand that it is "procedure" but a lot of things have changed this year and Florida has some of the highest numbers for covid. The fact that you people are unwilling to change "procedures" due to the ENTIRE world being affected by this is just wrong!

Easy and quick way to get cash! I got approved for a loan very quickly by their amazing staff. The reason I give this 3 stars is because fo the high interest rates (30% apr), and 30 day re-payment plan. If you don't pay back the loan in 30 days, you must renew the contract with a renewal on monthly minimum fees with it. Overall, great place to get a loan for those who need quick cash and can pay it back soon. Great staff.
