Very pleasant experience. The prices are more than fair and negotiable. Christina was very patient and caring with my many questions about different items and was totally honest with me about making a wise purchase. I also witnessed and overheard another employee named Lisa giving another customer the same pleasant experience. I highly recommend this pawn shop!

By far ONE OF THEE cleanest and friendliest pawn & Team. We live in Kissimmee Fl……….and travel almost 2 hours for their BARGAINS. Store Manager is A TRUE LEADER…… I will bet 80% of her STAFF will continue to GROW as leaders the other 20% will also Grow just not in the pawn industry.

Very rude guy that works there. Talks about customers in a bad way right in front of them. Very Small store. Will not return due to the rudess I experienced. The Value Pawn on Adamo dr. Is huge compared to this store and the workers are Super nice even if you dont buy or pawn something. Dont waste your time at this location.

Every time I go in they always take care of me and are always polite they always have the tools I need when I need to buy something also.

I went in for the first time and they welcomed me at the door and were ready to serve their customers! Had a woman be so kind to test out an electric scooter I brought in and boy did she fly! She did great. She also gave me the first price I asked for which was nice. I just moved into town and made friends with everyone here :) I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend you stop by and see their top of the line products.

The store manager will was super attentive and gave me a really good deal on some items and Maureen and Lisa were very efficient at processing all of my payments/receipts all while multitasking and answering all of my questions in regards to the lay away payment plan
