I went to open an account and Caleb helped me and he made it so quick and easy. I was only there for about a min or two and he came out and we got started. At other banks I waited for 30 min +. I highly recommend. The setup is great lots of great customer service and low wait times.

I spoke to a Gentleman name Caleb and He was very Professional and Knowledgeable concerning My Business relationship with GTE, yet He was down to earth and very easy to work with, that's the reason I do Business with GTE because of People like Caleb, The Oil always run down! I've been a GTE member for many years and came in earlier this week to open bank accounts for my teenage boys. Thalys helped us out and it was a great, smooth experience. I'll be coming back to her soon to open some other accounts.

Great and Amazing Bank. They understand when trying to rebuild your credit and willing to give you another chance. A lot of banks will not do that today. I Have never been unsatisfied with this GTE bank.staff is wonderful. Especially Patrice Packer would highly recommend GTE to everyone!
