Daisy was great! She was honest and thorough. I didn't know if I was going in with costume jewelry, glass, aluminum or what and she took her time testing it and gave me the value it was all worth. I was very very pleased with my outcome and experience!

Visited this location on Saturday (5/21) and the store associate 'Daisy' was VERY courteous, helpful and professional while assisting me with my purchases.

I'm very upset brought Tv my wife very upset because we was lied to about it being a smart TV.I realize this when I came home spent 40 dollars on Uber there and back I didn't appreciate the service

Comparing this store with many other stores of the company, this store in armenia and sligh was 100% cleaner and more organized than the others; I could walk freely. They said hello when I entered to the business and offered me help, while in other stores I have been completely ignored. After going to 5 stores, this was the only store that accepted and was able to test the car audio equipment, and also accepted my item return even when I didn't bought it there thanks to the manager Luis. It was a great experience, both store manager and employees were nice and offered very good service, thank you all for your help.

I was pretty low on cash but I needed to find a way to make my job a little more tolerable, I'm thinking some tunage, music man!! I spent the 10$ I had but walked away with a sleek rugged Bluetooth speaker. Totally awesome employees. I'll be back!!!

Went to sell a ring. Was told they could not verify if the ruby was real because they specialize with diamonds. And was told the two diamonds in the ring weren't real. They offered me 80 dollars for it. I took the ring to a jeweler afterward and he verifies that the diamonds are real (as well as the ruby), not saying they intended to rip me off, could have been a mistake. But just putting this out there.

Love the team at this location! They are always super helpful. I never leave disappointed.
