I was pretty reserved about the whole loan and had questions. Martin was extremely approachable and knowledgeable when it came to these questions. With that said he was very polite and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. He explained things properly and translated the legal garbage terminology into a language normal people can comprehend. He was great. I’ve also had communication with Jan who is equally pleasant. The atmosphere is great at this Instaloan location and I would recommend their services to anyone who is in need. The only negative I have to mention is that during the short mandatory videos I watched, no one offered me popcorn. I thought that was weird. There should alway be popcorn. 🤪 Overall this is an outstanding establishment.

Please bring title, your registration, proof of income, proof of residency 30 day from when you want the loan, insurance information, and drive license. NICK is the best! Sent my husband down there to see what we could do, he let me send everything I needed for my husband via email (cause what husband is actually prepared for something like this with out the wife right?) Anyhow it was all taken care of and pretty much set up perfectly when my husband got there and Nick was so professional, told us exactly what we needed to do to make sure we could make payments on time and helped with the app everything went smooth for my husband we are both very happy with Nick. Called before afternoon and told them that i needed a personal loan. Got there after 20 mins and processed my loan. Everything went smooth. The process took less than 30 minutes. People were nice and would definitely recommend to all the people i know whenever emergency happens.
