I have been working with Carmen for probably 10 years and I probably wouldn’t go any place else she’s great they change a lot from years ago but I still go there I cannot believe the stuff they have in there to sell now they have tennis shoes everything is like a friggin store never was like that before they have good stuff beautiful jewelry and Carmen’s great she’ll help you she will hook you up

It's never fun to have to sell or pawn your property. But, if you are faced with this situation, there is no better location and company to work with than these guys! Manager Rick and his Associate Diana were very helpful, friendly, and professional. I recommend them highly!

Store manager refused to let me pay for my husbands loan even though card was in my name. Stated it was “policy” but I just recently left value pawn as an employee for multiple stores in tampa and never heard of that policy ever. Just didn’t want to help, bad service. Not coming here again.

Love this store.!!! The customer service is amazing. Nick helped me find a computer monitor that worked w/my Apple computer. He even went the extra to go online and help me figure out what cord I needed. The store is also organized nicely so everything is easy to find.. go to the Value on Brandon blvd
