My company has an account here so against my better judgement I decided to open an account. They have one good review for a reason. Terrible customer service. If my company didn’t bank here and make my life easier to have an account through them I would have already closed my account. They have 4 people sitting around doing nothing but yet they are too busy to help. It’s just sad.

Today, I opened new account by phone with. I got deposited 10k to pay for my supplies and to travel to see my ill parent overseas. I provided my FL DL secondary forms of ID, debit cards, credit cards and SSC at Brandon Branch and did get my funds released funds. They were cash. Did not comply with BSA or REG CC.

There's just one teller for all transactions, one person is not enough for the busy area where the bank is located. I waited in line for over an hour.

This office is the best one in the Brandon area. The team is constantly working to take care of clients even though they are super busy.

This location is full of awesome staff, that are ready to goto bat for their account holders. Natalie is extremely friendly and helpful. And the banker Jennifer is the best, I had an issue I was going thru recently and she went above and beyond to make sure that my business was protected. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this location. Thank you for everything!

Business account: had an employee o to make a cash deposit and he was turned away "because he is not on the account" BUSINESS DEPOSIT!!! meanwhile I previously made a cash deposit for a more larger amount and and they took it I also AM NOT ON THE ACCOUNT. I would understand in it someone personal account... why aren't we making banking easy?!?

It's always a wait and there's usually 1 teller. Sometimes there are 2. It's not unusual to wait 30 or more minutes to make a cash deposit. And no, I can't use the ATM. I come here for work cash deposits. One customers transaction just took 23 minutes. The line is out of the door. It's almost always like this. I actually want to find another bank to take my personal business because of how bad this is. I'm a preferred member. The staff is wonderful. They are just grossly overworked and get the ire of customers because of bad staffing practices from the corporate level.

Terrible customer service. As a business client who runs several million dollars a year through the bank, I would expect face to face service when transacting business and making large deposits. Instead they force you to the ATM where you can only deposit 75 bills at a time and where the transaction seems to almost every time gets stuck and rejects bills. These ATM interactions also take in excess of up to 10minutes, making it unsafe for the customer. The line is almost always out the door and they pack people in the building. Always seems to be one teller with 10-15 people waiting in line. Every time I come here it angers me they way they just don’t care about service to their customers. I’m almost at the end of my line with this financial cartel and going to move my business to a financial institution that actually values their clients opinions. One star ⭐️!

Currently here in line. 9 people on front of me and 1 teller. Closest location to the mall and they only have 1 teller. Typically we use the drop box for our deposits but dread coming here on days we need change.

These reviews speak for themselves. EVERY single time I come to this branch there is literally a line to the door. Does not matter what time of day it is. Customer service is horrible. This is supposed to be a financial institution, not fast food. They also have only 2 tellers available at all times and yet have at least 3-4 people on the floor literally standing around greeting frustrated customers. Do your jobs, we dont care to stand around conversing with you when we’re wondering why you’re not behind the counter trying to make your lines go faster.
