Called in about pawning my laptop and was greeted by Ori. She informed me that I could come in and she’d price me… it was a in and out process… this is my new place to come.

Long-time buying customer - low-balled me on an expensive bag when I tried to sell. One of the lady look right at me and said "we not going to offer that price" I suggested as fair as if she was proud to offer a low price. I bought a lot of stuff out of this place and will likely not visit this place again.

What to say.... first, Ari needs a raise because she is so awesome. This is the only pawnshop in Gwinnett that I go to because they are very fair and reasonable. The staff there is so amazing and has kept me coming back for 4 year now. They always provide the best customer service and go above and beyond to take care of their customers. They try to help each customer in every way possible which is why I love going to them. Give them a try. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

Quincy up there is a real one. Definitely recommend this pawn shop. My gf had sold my tv and he helped me make sure I could get it back after a month. Assisted me with a protection plan and all. He’s a real professional. The five stars really cause of him lol
