This is a great place to come and get great customer service. DERRICK was excellent...even gave me information to improve my gun rage experience. Figured out I was left eye dominant and gave me a really good price on my Pistol. Definitely will come here in the future.

Looked up pawn shops in my area and came across norcross pawn shop with great reviews and a awesome 4.9 star rating. My husband and i went in May 21 and was greeted with respect and was helped with every question we needed. Came back later in the day and decided to get a loan. Both gentlemen at the front counter were very Respectful, Funny, Engaging, and Knowledgeable and helped me and my husband with all are needs. Arrived and was greeted right away. The entire vibe was amazing. I’ve never felt so comfortable in my life. Five customers at a time which is perfect. Was very surprised how nice, knowledgeable, and respectful my guy was. And he didn't try to rip me off on a loan on a firearm, hoping that I wouldn't come back. Sometimes I need extra cash to complete an installation as a contractor. This is the first favorable experience I have had in 20+ years. I dreaded going. But it was actually an enjoyable experience.

Came here on a whim on a Friday afternoon. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Derek was the gentleman that helped us. Luckily we had a conceal carry so it was super fast and quick. This is the most professional pawnshop I have ever been to in my life. Talk about great customer service, great attitudes, and patience. Not to mention they allowed me to sell something for the safety of my child and I inside of their establishment. Let me tell you that I LOVED it here. I was greeted by one of the store members with smile and conversation, and I was offered a fair price to sell my Sccy towards getting a new handgun. Their selection of firearms are fairly priced for the pandemic situation, and everything sold in the store is a STEAL. The owner of the store took good care of me and went up and beyond to complete my transaction and provided me with a sweet gun case when a box for the original firearm was not available. Way better than those ripoffs at Arrowhead Pawn; I was consulted on different firearms and was treated fairly, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable of every product in the store. This will be my default and primary source for good steals whenever I get the money and opportunity to. We go in sometimes just to look around to see what they have, But for name brand purses, guns and jewelry this is the best place to go, My family's favorite is Michelle. Such a sweetheart, she'll even keep an eye on for certain items if she knows you're looking for a certain item.
