Went in late last night right before closing not paying attention to when they closed(I know horrible.) The store manager and Isiah were still just as eager and as nice as ever to help me look for something for my mum’s birthday. I didn’t buy anything that night I went home to decide and told them I would be back in the morning. Prior to this I had also gone to other places jewelers and different pawn shops. But because of them being so nice and polite it made me want to buy something from them. When I went back in tonight to purchase a beautiful silver bracelet with diamonds in it for a great price. Isiah took his time to clean it up and make it sparkle he found a nice box to put it in. But most importantly isiah treated me like I had been a regular customer for years and customer service is so important. I will definitely be back. I hope you guys know how important it is to have employees like these guys!

Value pawn has become almost like family, when I’m in a bind I know I can count on them. Staff is always friendly, they take the time out to help with all my concerns & offer the best terms available. I don’t even look at other locations, they take the best care of me 🥰

Went in with an iPhone 12 Pro Max and the girl seemed like she didn't want to work. Phone was 256gb like new no scratches etc. And she offered me $75 🤣 immediately went to another store 2 miles away and got $750 absolute worst customer service I've seen in my life. Younger AA female 100% didn't want to be there. Crazy because the other reviews are so good. Whoever the employee was needs to be let go. She was working there today 2/28 around 145PM. Type of service that makes you never want to go back.

Very interesting how the Customer Service skills of individuals continue to decline,even after all that the world endures today as a whole. I really believe that the reevaluation of the recruiting process needs to add tools to assist when an individuals character is obviously refined for the purpose of an interview and brought to the light when working with the public. Isaiah case and point on today, really needs to check himself and understand that his attitude with customers such as myself on today is really unacceptable and needs to not be moved to another store but be reevaluated in a way that he understands that this is not Isaiah's Pawn Shop but Value Pawn Shop that he is supposed to be representing with people from all types of areas and not the mondaine people that he is accustomed to interacting with from his off the clock lifestyle, which obviously shows in how he responded to me no matter what character will always determine your future and should always be reevaluated no matter the industry. Very unpleasant visit today. Bill the manager actually was able.to assist at the end and of course with a more refined approach to the public, which was very much appreciated. Nevertheless this behaviour was still unacceptable. Thank you for allowing this platform to be utilized for the feedback of the public.
