Very chill staff. They were so very kind to me on my birthday (I didn’t even mention it to them, they noticed when I handed them my license) and threw in some extra cash for one of my amps and gave me an offer on my laptop I brought it without a charger which they normally don’t do. I always have a wonderful experience with the staff at GC Pawn. They are fast, kind, and they work with you in a time of need. As long as you communicate with them they will work with you the best they can. I've never seen a pawn shop that compares to their customer service. Will always use them for any kind of pawning need. I would recommend them to anyone. I have never had a bad experience!

Dru Id to like to mention that outstanding service from Dru over at GC Pawn. I've been utilizing their services for years now with and with every transaction Dru, along with others, have been nothing but professional and accomidating. There's obviously other Pawn Shops in Fort Lauderdale but will ONLY use GC. I'd highly recommend them.

Just recently came out GC Pawn and dealt with Brandon and Chris customer service was on point I wasn’t just another customer to them but more like family. Before I got there I went to a couple other locations I was stuck with language barriers which isn’t too much of a problem to me but if customer service doesn’t come with it then it’s a problem I would recommend this location here on Oakland Park east to everyone who’s ever looking to OK great service regardless of their situation.

I went to this pawn shop to find an affordable gaming pc did my son. Tavaris was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went through the specifications and informed us of the different things that we could do with the pc. Chris and all the other staff at GC Pawn are amazing!! They had my wife’s ring sent out and replaced a missing diamond, it came back looking brand new again! My wife is extremely happy! I saw an item I wanted online and call the store in the morning. They answer quickly and they were very polite and put the item on hold until I came into the store. When I arrived I was greeted by Doug and he had my item. He let me test it before buying and provided excellent customer service. Super attentive & helpful staff. Jason welcomed my mom & I into the shop and made my pawning experience & her purchases more smooth & comfortable with a huge bright smile on his face. All the staff was really friendly as well. I'm definitely glad I was able to find a place like this where I didn't feel judged or ridiculed by the staff for needing a loan to help me get through the week but where I was welcomed in & felt right at home.
