The person that helped me gave no introduction. She didn’t give me her name. She didn’t seem to be interested in why I wanted to open a business account, just that I couldn’t at this point. Service was average as in just open the account and have a good day…lack of personal warmness. I had to ask about a business workshop. Hard to hear behind the glass and mask. She wasn’t rude nor unpleasant, Just an average experience.

I showed up right about time they were set to close and needed to apply for a last minute personal loan. I was worried they would tell me to come back the next day, but KIANA @ S/W branch made it happen. She was so knowledgeable and nice. Very good experience, I highly recommend VALLEY STRONG CREDIT UNION.

Atm retained my cash deposited and it took them 15 days to resolve the issue! When my money was finally deposited into my account it wasn’t even the complete amount! Will no longer be doing business with them.

Love banking at this bank... Staff is very very polite understanding and helping... Will recommend my friends to bank here.... I dont like big banks chase boa wells fargo extra fees ... This bank is awsome

Both staff members were amazing. I arrived near closing time and they both went out of their way to help me and meet my every need. I was so pleased with their customer service. I wished I would have gotten their names so that I could thank them personally. The manager should feel extremely proud of them.
