Amazing customer service. Was able to get pre approved for a loan without going into the branch. When it was time to get the loan I was able to get immediate help and did all the document signing electronically.

Jennifer was the accounts officer and was efficient, very polite and helpful!! Knowledgeable about everything thing I needed . The atmosphere of this bank is delightful and comfortable. The Manager also seemed very in tune to the needs of the only account officer Jennifer which seem to make the experience there so wonderful! A big Thank you to Jennifer !!!

Outstanding experience with one of the most amazing financial managers. Nothing short of professional services & family hospitality. I would usually say going to the bank is a grueling hassle especially when your looking to open up new credit. Not here I’ve been a member since 2016 & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Best bank ever. When ever I have a problem with anything they are always here to help. I Went in yesterday and Alexander Aguilera was very friendly and very patient with me helped me solve my problem. Once again a very satisfied customer.

Greeted with friendly smile at the front desk as well as face to face at the loan officer’s desk/partition. She was knowledgeable and articulate when it came to explaining the various loan options available. One thing we appreciated was that regardless of our credit score we felt appreciated and valued as customers. Response time to meet and discuss the loan was quick; the turn around on the loan itself was also quick. Thank you!
