We were originally going to open a business banking with Chase. Due to their bad customer service, we came to valley strong and were immediately greeted and helped to set up our account with Jasmine. She exceeded our expectations and was a problem solver in finding additional documents we needed to open the account. Good customer service at door...clean...professional...my issue is waiting 25 minutes to speak to banker...no other members waiting..i could see banker through glass not assisting members. No reason i waited soooo long. Yet my issue was resolved n they were helpful

I’ve been coming to Kern schools/strike that /valley strong credit union, new name, For several years. I usually come to this branch here because it’s closest to my home. Sometimes it gets busy but the lines seem to move relatively fast. I’ve came in contact with several tellers and They all have been professional, nice and polite.
