Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Coffee Rd, Bakersfield

Made appt for 9am . A walk in customer with no appt was helped before us . I know he was walk in , because bank advisor stated that she had 3 appointments ahead and those were priority . 15 minutes later and I am still waiting to be helped . This occurred at the location off Coffee and Hageman in Bakersfield. Added another reason why I'm closing my account . Bank advisor that decided walk in was priority is Christina .

Shameful customer service morning operator for the bank I called for questions and she was so eager to pass me by I will be closeing all my accounts with this bank.

My wife and I came to this branch to open up a new bank account, and although the teller line was very long, we got to sit in the cushion seats and wait for a consultant. The Lady was very nice and friendly and personable, and made us feel very welcome. She was very relatable and help us out with all of our questions and needs! They have two ATMs outside and they also have a drive up ATM making it convenient to deposit and withdraw checks and cash.

Horrible. I left over a year ago after they turned off my debit card due to "possible security breach" which is a-ok. Whats not A-ok is waiting until I try to use it at Winco (they don't take credit) and it gets denied. I knew plain well I had PLENTY of money in to cover it - ridiculous. All they needed to do was call me and I would have used cash- too difficult I guess. The staff was typically less than friendly too, a young man (may have been upper staff) would give my 3 year old daughter dirty looks. Always crowded, dismal interest rates, ect. Took me THREE tries to close my account! They couldn't even get that right, paying me .02 interest a month after supposed closure opened my account again, plus fees because my balance wasn't high enough! Glad to be finally rid of them. Good riddance.

My wife went into the bank with a screen shot of a balance on the our account which had subsequently disappeared. We went online trying to get answers for the discrepancy. To no avail. I told her that with the amount of money missing or unable to be accounted for she would have to go to the bank and ask. So my 13 week pregnant wife with horrible morning sickness and a cold to boot. Took my son with a cold, and headed to the bank. Upon her arrival was greeted with nothing but distain for her presence and questions as to either why this money was unable to be accounted for. Assuming she was asking immediately for a refund of some kind the management gave her no help whatsoever. Very disturbing that people can't get help or respect for their business anymore.

Didn't really use it myself but I have both friends and family members that have and they find that it's very convenient.

Came in for a direct deposit form and tellers dont hand them out ? You have to wait for a banker to get one. When it was my turn to talk to a banker they were rude and tried to get me to sign up for a credit card or anything they can make money out of. Im glad i have two banks for sure gonna cancel this one.

Drive thru ATM is never working for withdrawals, always have a huge line to get it, always has a huge line for the drive thru ATM. ATMs outside have constant issues. This Bank of America branch is the worst in Bakersfield.

This branch has the worst costumer service, I think they don't know what they are doing especially if you have an appointment. I will never ever go to this branch again. If I can put 0 star, i will do it.
