    Worst banking service. Debit card randomly stops working after awhile, then I had to re-issue by visiting their branch during short business hours...so useless debit card & ATM, I wish that they can just ship new card without me visiting one of their branch

    I used to love this bank until I was Miss treated by the branch manager Susan. They do not know how to treat customers right at this branch location. I would not recommend this branch to no one as they do not know how to deal with people. I will be closing my account. Thank you Susan branch manager.

    I've never had any problems. Everyone is polite and professional. Christine, who set up my account for me, is a sweetheart. This bank is conveniently walking distance from my house, offers free checking if you keep a $100 minimum (totally reasonable), and is never crowded so you're usually in and out in less than 10 minutes. Can't complain!
