Rosa L. Assistant Manager of our association management mem property mgmt offered me extremely good and efficient service regarding my garage door replacement. So I want to thank her as well as letting many people know her quick and good professional work. After replacing my garage door, there was an incentive program that provides $100.00 for the owner of the house to promote cooperation for the management. Application was handled by my husband at the initial stage and I followed up, so there were some holes to satisfy the requirements. She pick up quickly, followed up, and informing me the status on timely bases. She brought up the matter to the general meeting for approval, while keep me informed. From my past experience, I did not expect such a good handling and timely follow up. I experienced a lot of delay in response which sometimes ended up being forgotten, or reminding several times. I felt I am not an important person. On the contrary Rosa made me feel like I am the only person who was communicating with her. I know she was very busy, but gave me the great attention and speed to solve the problem. Owing to her, my case was closed timely manner and I am very happy. And I want to thank you for providing excellent professional service. I am sure many residents will appreciate your good service. Thank you again.

I am confident that my issue will be resolved in a timely and professional manner. Timberbrook Condominium is a 17 building complex . The buildings are aged but well maintained. Sal has led a systematic program for major improvements. We are on a a good path and I as a resident/owner appreciate our leader and his process.

I have had nothing but a good experience with Rosa and Martin from Mem property management since they took over running the Condominium building where I have a unit. They are always very polite and prompt both via e-mail and on the telephone and what I especially appreciate is their willingness to help. On one occasion I needed access to areas of the building that are usually locked in order to have a FIOS installation completed. Both Rosa and Martin were very accommodating of the technician until the job was done. I'm happy to update on future experiences, but I'm sure they will great!

mem property management is extremely responsive, willing to work with our circumstances and timelines, and overall very professional and competitive with their services. Although it's probably not good for them for me to say this, but they go out of his way even on weekends. Not like companies where you only get a voicemail when you call, even during the week. I have been an owner at a property in Hoboken for about 8 years. Since then, we have gone through multiple property management companies, mem property being the latest. We hired them around Hurricane Sandy and we could not have picked a better time. Once Hurricane Sandy rolled through, they had property managers bring in generators, lights, bags, etc. Although not everything went as smoothly as possible, after speaking with many neighbors, it was clear that we were being taken care of the best.
