Greg Jabin did a spectacular job! It was not the smoothest transactions due to the sellers way of conduct with business but Greg came in, handled the transaction and made the whole transaction as smooth as possible! Greg has definitely made a long lasting customer from us! Could not have asked for a better lender!

We called Tuesday and Friday, we were pre-approved. Within a month and a half, we were in a house. Absolutely no problems. Christian was great- found us a list of housing based on our needs and price range. Everyone in the office, from the two ladies handling our paperwork to the supervisor Phil, who drove us to Hemet when Christian was out of town, were just unbelievable. Can't even get over how easy it was. We got a pretty good interest rate, and we're happy with what we got, for a home. We thought we'd be stuck living in a mobile home in San Diego, but this office took care of us.

From start to finish, it was the quickest, fastest and easiest process ever. I really enjoyed working with Bennie Khan and everyone there. Loving my new home. I have been referring others when they want to buy, or sell, to VA HLC.

Within two months we had our loan. It's a miracle- I am really happy and my new home was heaven sent. I thank God everyday for this new home. Lyndsey helped me a lot and I hope she knows I still do to this day that I sincerely thank her for her help. I would give more than five stars, if I could.

Michael and Yvette kept us up to date throughout the entire process. He helped us jump through the many hoops that the lender threw at us every day.

Sounded great in the beginning. But 7 months later, still waiting on their employees to do their job. They do not have a personal interest in helping you, so you have to prod them everyday to get them work.
