Phil and his team are amazing! We recently bought a new home with Phil's help and the process went very smoothly. He helped link us to a loan officer (who was awesome). Phil was honest about homes that we looked at and ensures that everyone follows through on their part. You can tell that he is experienced and knows what he is doing. He also helped sell our house within two weeks. We did a simultaneous close, which was extremely stressful but the Coole Team held our hands every step of the way. I honestly don't think we would've been successful in the process if we had a less experienced realtor. While we were house hunting, there were somethings we already knew and some others we had no idea about. Benie, helped us in getting clarity with the unknowns. No matter the cost, she gave us genuine advise on all properties we saw. She set us up on an alert that would immediately notify us when a new property was listed. When we really liked a property, she does her part and gets us a viewing as early as possible. I remember we liked a property and wanted to offer the same day it got listed. We got to know that the seller wanted to wait 3-4 days. However, the next night she got a call from their agent saying that we have been asked to put in our best. Benie worked with us deciding on the price to go in at and we finally sent our first offer. There eventually was a bidding war and we were all given counter offers. Behind the scenes, she had constantly been putting in good word for us to the seller’s agent. That helped us as we got the offer despite having contingencies. From our entire experience we can say for certain that Benie and her team has great work ethics
