ZERO STARS!!!! More than 1 bad experience!!!!! Literally the worst title loan company to go through. I get a call months later (4+) saying I all of a sudden owe back interest of over 400$ & that I need to pay it in full today or they’re going to take my car when I make my payments monthly. Like if I owed back interest why would you call me months prior?! The lady said I missed a payment so I called her out then all of a sudden I didn’t miss a payment. Is this some kind of money laundering scam!!! Go somewhere else & AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Monica is amazing at this location, from my first loan to now my second, she was friendly, fast and made sure I was well informed about the process and what I could expect. Monica has the worst costumer service i have seen, she gets frustrated easily and she reacts. She slapped my husband on his hand trowing his phone to the floor assuming he was taking pictures. My husband talked to Brad and told him to look at the cameras an investigate the situation and 2 months later has not respond to him. Called corporation and never got an answer. Called location and they take for ever to answer the phones if they do so. Worst store ever. Hope to get an answer from Brad soon!

Of course nobody likes to get loans at places like this. But it happened. We came here once before and worked with Monica. Paid off the loan and came back a few months later. She is the only reason we came back. She treats people with respect and almost like family. If we ever had to do something like this again, I would only come here. If she ever leaves and goes elsewhere, I will make sure I find out where. She is the sweetest person in this industry.

Do not ever loan from these people ever. My car was impounded from WVCPD, which cost a lil over $472. Well while it was still impounded Utah Title Loan knew of this called and try to remove the vehicle. Had they called me and we could have discussed it they did what they did. I was given notice of these things, they then reached out to me after the fact and I told them to make my day. Leading up to my vehicle being impounded I had already been dealing with who I call "the Green Bay Family" already stalking me. (Red pick up truck, usually parked at the Papa John's on 3500 S, also their black pick up with a gold trimming) along with everyone else and they MAMA. Present day the stalking and harassment is real and Utah Title Loan chose not to "get the car out of impound" they still choose to constantly follow me.
