I just had Teri Jackson reach out for a VOE. Upon providing the information for who to reach out to, I received the following response: "You know they are charging us $58 to get this form filled out are you sure you can't do it for us" with no punctuation. I responded that it is our company policy to have our provider complete the forms. Doug Jackson responded: "Jerks" with no punctuation. The lack of business writing skills made me think it was a phishing attempt. When I found out this was an actual business and the communication came from someone calling themselves a business professional, I was highly unimpressed.

Michael K was very helpful. Kept me updated on everything and was very transparent. He also took the time to answer all my question, and was very informative.

Worked with one of the coolest people I have not met in person. Jacob Lee (Jake not from State Farm) lol 😂. This was the best experience working with a financial anybody. He kept the process simple and explained every step of what is to come and what to expect. Jake Lee was beyond wonderful to work with. He made the process the least amount stressful that I think it could have been. Jake Lee over at Utah Mortgage did my loan and he was amazing, he got me the best rate and was on top of everything. I did my loan during the Covid-19 Pandemic, and although a lot of people weren't able to close during that time, Jake was able to get my new build loan done! I recently closed my new home mortgage through Mike Kingdon at Utah Mortgage.
