I had a great experience doing my taxes with Brent at Bement & Company this year. The reception staff was very courteous, I loved the online portal so I can upload all my documents before my appointment and my tax return is available whenever I need it. They also have weekend and evening appointments that fit my work schedule which was such a great added bonus.

They made this painful process of tax season painless for me. ***UPDATE*** I am still using Bement & Company and am very impressed with how good and quick they are at everything. They are on top of things and I like how they are very current with technology. Some I worked with in the past would have me email all the documents and things to them and everything was done through email and I had to go through long strings of emails to find things when I needed it. Not with Bement & Company, they have an online portal that you can upload and download the documents you need or have online. It is so nice, especially when I was applying for the PPP loan and couldn't find some of my documents. I feel way more confident in my tax filings and things with Bement & Company and refer people to them all the time because it has relived one of my biggest headaches with owning a business, which is taxes and tax planning.

They went above and beyond to help me. I'm disabled and was really concerned about my taxes, because I received a letter from the IRS. They booked an appointment and helped me the next morning on the phone to get my forms filled out correctly! What a blessing! Friendly staff and I couldn't be happier.
