These guys are great. I work with Tess and Nick in the Auto Loan department. They made simple to apply online and communication between emails and phone calls were great. They did great getting me the best deal on the loan and giving me different options to choose from. Tess even stayed late to help me out to make sure I got the check I need that day before the branch doors closed at 5:30. Zachary at the branch was very helpful and kind to me. He help answer my question when I was feeling out paperwork and was very fast with getting me the check. Overall I had a great experience with all members at Utah First Credit Union and I would go back to them without a doubt if I ever need something in the future.

Elizabeth was amazing, we seriously called in at about 10:30, on a Saturday, and she stayed with us all day on and off the phone and through texts and emails, so we could get our loan done by 2:30. Everything was handled way past our expectations. We got the rate we wanted, with no hidden fine print or exclusions. Good customer service is hard to come by so when someone acts like you are important and they actually care and want to do a good job for you it means everything! We are so impressed and would definitely give them our business again.

Gabe was absolutely awesome in helping me refinance my vehicle! Bought a car through Carvana and wanted to reduce my crazy high interest rate and Utah First was able to almost cut my rate in half. The whole process was super painless and extremely quick. Never felt like they were pushy and they were super eager to answer any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely be financing through them for my next vehicle!

Have had so many good interactions with Utah First. I had my wallet stolen a few years ago and they were able to get my money back and replaced my cards. They also helped when my debit card got hacked from using it at a gas pump. If you have bad luck like me then you should use Utah First because they are always so helpful and nice. And you if you don't have bad luck then just know that even though you don't have to call very often, they will be there for you if you do!

It was a marathon for a few days trying to reach each other for questions and answers, , but Ashley worked it into the crasy workflow she already had going. It was difficult making the first contact after trying to get on a website on your literature which did not work then I went to your regular website where no one knew about a 0.99% auto loan. Finally finding someone who transferred me to Ashley. Ashley connected the dots and brought all the pieces together over a few days and then the check was sent to my leasing company US Bank. Long story, happy ending.

I have been a member for a long time and the new onsite experience with Utah First is great but if you want to get help from the phone, I have not experienced such inept staff. Called and spoke with a number of different reps. Extremely slow, not able to find my account, transfer to the wrong person. I have to repeat my personal information over and over again. They say there is a survey at the end of the call but that doesn't work so sending it here. This is something that can be fixed but if they outsourced customer service, they better bring it back.

She was patient and took the time to explain to me what had happened with a Venmo transfer I was having issues with and even recommended a better option for the future which I greatly appreciated!
