Utah First Credit Union 100 W, Provo

We recently applied for and received an auto loan with Utah First Credit Union. We worked with Zach Edwards. He was wonderful and so easy to work with. It was an easy process and everything was done over the phone and e-mail. He communicated clearly and kept us updated on what was happening with the loan. The loan was handled quickly and professionally. I would definitely use him again and recommend Utah First.

Zach was an absolute star. He made the process so incredibly easy. He let me know exactly what was possible, explained it in a clear and concise way, leaving nothing open for interpretation. This is my second engagement with Utah First and every time it get better. I have full confidence in their ability and will happily recommend them and Zach to anyone!

I saw a billboard advertisement for Utah First for their extremely low auto loan rate of 1.49%. I was lucky to work with Ashley Zapalac at the Provo branch and she was fantastic to answer all of my questions and the approval process was quick and easy. She was very efficient and friendly. I moved both of my auto loans over to them and because she was so amazing I moved all of my checking accounts and credit card over to them as well. I used to be a branch manager at a different credit union and even I was impressed with her, and Utah First's products and services. I would highly recommend Utah First to anyone needing loans and new accounts. I will be saving a lot of money switching over to them. Thank you Ashley for taking such good care of your members.

I was quite unhappy with the American Fork office and was going to pull out all of my money and go to a different Credit union. However I started going to the Provo office and thanks to Ashley I have decided to stay with Utah first after 20 years of being with them. Ashley snd Jennifer have made my experience with Utah First so great. I love going into this office because they treat me so professional and the customer service is just unbelievably positive I can’t say enough good about this office. Tyler was so helpful. It was a long conversation to explain the dispute. I had talked to someone on Monday and they have given 0 information that I needed. Tyler stayed late at work to finish it all up. I appreciate someone being so kind during a frustrating time for me. He was on my side and made it easy to talk to him. Thank you SO much. I needed to get my new credit card quickly as my card had been compromised due to theft of my account, and my current card needed to be destroyed. It would take 7 - 10 days to get my new card through the mail. I have mobility problems, so the Salt Lake credit union is impossible for me to maneuver to get it sooner.
