Central Bank - Mortgage Department N University Ave, Provo

I've worked with Central Bank a couple of times on different mortgages and they've always been outstanding. Their rates are competitive and their customer service is unparalleled. I've always been able to get in touch with an actual person (not an automated menu) who has been able to answer my questions and solve my issues correctly without any run-around. I can't recommend Central Bank highly enough. UPDATE 8/20/20 -- I refinanced a couple of mortgages with Central Bank a couple of months ago and they were stellar as ever. Everything went seamlessly and I'm now paying several hundred less in mortgage interest each month. I wish everything in life were as easy as working with Central Bank.

Mike Brown and his team in the Central Bank mortgage department did an excellent job with the mortgage of my home. I was very impressed with the timely mater that they processed the mortgage and also with the personal customer service that I received. I was moving in from out of state and even with that challange they made the process as seamless as possible. They answered all of the questions I had and helped me reach the tight closing date that I set to make my move possible. I would highly recommend Central Bank to any one looking for a mortgage.

I have done multiple loans with Central Bank and they have always done a fantastic job! They have great service and have always taken good care of me. I love how they never sell their loans. It's a huge benefit being able to call or drop by a branch and talk to a real person with answers to my questions. I would highly recommend them!

I love everything about central bank and the construction loan department is superb! But the final loan officer (brad carter) that I have dealt with was just lazy. I had to keep calling him and seeing what the next step was and he wouldn’t look at anything I sent to him until I called him then he would look at it. But the follow up loan people was great. This is my second final mortgage with them and both final loan officers wasn’t that good
