This the first time I have actually enjoyed the auto loan process. Work with Christine, she is the BEST!! She answered all the questions I had. We had a small timeline to pick up the vehicle and she didn’t act put out at all in rushing through the process. She walked me through step by step and was very EASY to contact if I had any questions. It makes me want to switch all my banking to Utah First. Thanks for the great service!!

Adriana was amazing to work with. I was approved for an auto loan with an awesome rate and she was super informative and responsive as I was going through the process. Unfortunately, there was a little hiccup while buying the car and the dealership wouldn't work with the financing. I ended up being able to get the dealer financing to buy the car initially and then refinance to get the awesome rate through Utah First. Adriana was great to help me through the entire process and get me all squared away.

Second loan I have refinanced with these guys. They are extremely helpful and easy to work with, great customer service. I love the fact that I can use my mobile app and ask questions about my account. Carly who is my Who is my digital account specialist. She is so quick to get back to me and give me the confirmation and the security that I need to know what’s going on with my account. For example. She will go out and research, like finding a website to the company that I ordered from. Carly will attach it in the notes for me to verify as well. I've been a businessman for a long time and I must say I must say that the process that your company is using to find these people is top notch because you have the very best of the best . I'm getting service today like I got 10 years ago when I had a private banker who would even pay my bills if I needed to From Zion's bank and I'm sure you realize that to have a private banker you have to have large sums of income and a good size company.. I'm getting that kind of service as a basic member of your company and boy do I tell everyone I wouldn't be surprised if the growth of your company overcomes overcomes most if most if not all of the credit unions in this state. Your automated systems are easy to work with and understand didn't understand your apps are written well and don't crash when I call I get somebody instantly I've never been put on hold for more than like 30 seconds 45 seconds at the most it just is so M this is so impressive.. I could actually do an interview for commercial for your company that's how great it is.
