Came rushing from the car dealership because Utah First gave me the best and most competitive APR offer and I needed a check cut right away. Marcus at the Sandy location was so helpful and had all my stuff ready to go the moment I arrived, only signatures and verification paperwork needed and I was able to leave with my car loan check within 10-15mins! So happy to be their customer! Great staff; Highly recommend!

I have both my Auto loans with Utah First Credit Union who have the best rates I’ve seen. At 0.99%, I can invest the cash for the car in opportunities paying out more than 0.99% making money while driving the car of my dreams! Brian was professional, friendly and easy to work with. Very pleasant experience overall I highly recommend UFCU for all your lending/banking needs.

My debit card was compromised and needless to say, I was quite upset because I have quite a few automatic payments that come out of this account. This was the second time in less than a month… I had just finished fixing the last one! I was fortunate to get Aline at Utah Credit Union to help me. She straightened out a problem with the reissuing of my card so I could get my debit card the next day! I was thrilled! Aline was very patient as I explained my problem and throughout our conversation, she was very kind and helpful. She fixed my problem and got back to me very fast!!! That meant a lot as my husband would now be able to pick up my card today, as he would be in that area. It is such a relief when I can get help from an accommodating, sharp employee! She smoothed out my nervousness and made me feel so much better. Thank you Aline!

This is by far the worst Credit Union EVER! The Fees are atrocious and the rates are no different than any other bank. I truly would suggest you compare ALL Credit Unions. I am closing all my accounts with them ASAP, because you have to be in person to close an account, but they will tell you EVERYTHING about your account over the phone with a text code!! WT HECK!

Marcus was awesome to work with and closed my home equity line of credit in less than a week! 5 stars A plus!!!

I don’t know where to start with all the great things I have to say about Utah’s First Credit Union! I just purchased a new car with a very high interest rate since I’m in the process of rebuilding credit and I tried so many other banks and lenders and all of them were just constantly denying me. Marcus was able to help me lower my interest rate by 15% and kept me informed about the loan process and made me really feel like he truly values my business! They were great, after several issues with MACU I decided to try Utah First for my auto loan and they made it very easy, within hours I had an approval and a check, they were also several points better on interest. Claire was very helpful.

I currently reside in a different state. This didn't stop utah first from meeting my expectations for customer service. Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable with the whole process. I like to take my time shopping. I contacted her multiple times with detailed questions, she responded promptly and professionally every time, she made me confident that I was in expert hands. I will definitely be using them again.

I actually enjoy going into the Sandy branch. And all of the others are so nice and friendly too even though I do not know all of their names. I have dealt with Utah First on a couple different occasions now for an auto loan and recently for a personal loan. I worked with Zack Edwards who I found to be very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend their services. Was not kept waiting for a response.

My first experience with your service department came after I used my debit card at a small gas station around 9:30 pm in Monterey, CA. In less than 20 minutes, I got a call verifying where I was and the charge I made. As it turned out, my info had been hacked And I was getting charges from all over Middle East! There attentiveness and fast action saved me $$$$ and a lot of grief! Through the years I have received that same level of service, and no matter what time of day or if it is by phone or through the website, responses are fast, helpful, and accurate. Today they are trying to help unravel a mess where a refund from a major retailer was not posted to my account. Again, they are friendly, thorough, fast, and following through. Please give them all a raise and throw them a party!!

So glad I chose UtahFirst for my recent auto loan! I applied online one night and was contacted by Brian Zealley the next day. He helped me finish up the loan and assisted me throughout the buying process over phone, email and in person. I ended up finishing the auto loan in person the day I picked up my new truck. I would get them 10 stars if I could. I switched to this credit union a year ago, and I am really glad that I did. They have been amazing every time I have needed to talk to them. Marcus just refinanced both of our vehicles and got us approved with way less interest then we were paying before. It was fast and easy process. With the RV market being very hot right now I was able to find one that matched my budget. Once I found one I liked the process was fast and easy. I love working with Utah First, they really do put their members first unlike other credit unions.

To be completely honest we did not seek out Utah first it just happen to be the bank that has our loan for our new car. I gotta say that I have love Love LOVED EVERYTHING about this bank!! THIS is how banking should be!! Loans and banking is just so easy with this bank and we just can’t say enough good things about them!! I hardly ever leave reviews, but this time I just had to! I went in to the Sandy Branch and Elizabeth helped me. I was just depositing a check. She was very friendly and had such a great attitude and seemed like she actually loved being there, and loved helping me. So nice to be greeted with that kind of service, but especially during these troubling times. She reviewed my account and pointed out that I could get a credit card limit increase as well as refinance my car, lower my payment, and even get some cash out. They are currently offering 2.49% on car loans for vehicles that are less than 5 yrs old btw.,I asked so many questions and was very impressed with how knowledgeable she was and how well she explained everything. She had my car loan and credit increase done in a day and I was able to e-sign everything. Just an overall excellent experience. Thanks Elizabeth!!

I had a great experience with a lady at the sandy branch. Claire was very helpful and explained the process to me to help me understand what the bank needs from me to open an account. I don't have great credit and I also am trying to work on my debts. Claire was very patient and explained what my options were and the impact it would make on my credit. I would suggest going to this bank and speaking to Claire. If you're the manager reading this, She needs a raise or something. 🤘😀. Everyone in that branch has been outstanding to work with. Marcus helped me get a loan that I was very doubtful about. But he helped every step of the way. I'm now a proud owner of my first Harley. 🤘
