Utah First Credit Union UT, Farmington

Great experience so far. I worked with Crystal and she was great at answering all my questions and getting documentation together. Made the process very seamless. If there is one thing I could suggest to Utah First, it would be to continue developing the mobile app (some issues occur every now and then) as well as making it so electronic bill pay is presented as an option to use when setting it up on my bank's app (my bank can only cut a check the old fashioned way right now). Overall, great experience and would recommend them, especially with the promotion rates they give for auto loans.

Kenzie went above and beyond getting our car loan processed. We moved out of state, buying a larger vehicle for a baby coming next week. We are on a time crunch to get this processed. She not only spent all the time needed, but she went above and beyond to get an expedited label printed, and even mailed it on her way home. The communication was excellent. The time spent outside of working hours helping us. The time spent and customer service were better than I've ever had. Experiences like this are why I will never leave Utah First Credit Union. Bank with confidence. They have your back.

My car recently had some issues that required expensive repairs and I needed a little bit of financial help in order to pay for it. I took out a personal loan from Utah First. I worked with Kenzie and she was amazing at keeping me updated with everything going on and going the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. She was also very professional and even though taking out a loan can be stressful, she made it a very simple process

The team worked well together to make this smooth and easy (even though we needed to use multiple branches) to get things done. It was so quick. We are thrilled with the out come. So glad I found Utah first for my Home Equity needs.

Kenzie Ford was truly amazing with refinancing my auto loan. She was able to do everything remotely, and she was able to work to meet a deadline we were on as well. There was some unique circumstances to work through and she was truly fantastic at getting it all worked out. I highly recommend working with Utah First. I've also had really good experiences working with them on other day to day banking needs.

I was applying for a car loan and they told me one day it was my income then the next day it was something else. Not only did they lie they mislead the entire situation. That is not ok and I just want people to be aware.
