Chelsea was awesome and did a lot of work to help me get my loan for my new truck. I appreciated the quick responses, following through as exactly stated and no surprises.. This experience was just same a few years ago with another fine employee from Goldenwest Credit Union. Only place I go for loans on my vehicles.

I’ve been a member of Goldenwest for three decades. I cannot comprehend where they have found the number of really great people to staff their branches. Every time I’ve called or emailed it has been a friendly voice responding with respect and kindness. The people are the reason I continue my membership, even after having moved out of Utah more than ten years ago.

It was great being treated like family when dealing with two loan officers Chelsea Toone and Jamie Decker they were so professional it made the hole process great to deal with them and would definitely recommend them to anybody looking too get a loan.

Matthew Bailey was amazing to work with for my auto loan. Kind, courteous, and prompt. Another local credit union barely asked any questions about my financial situation and offered me a terrible interest rate. Matthew took the time to collect all the information needed to understand my situation, was very thorough, and ultimately the credit union offered me a great rate. It was worth the time and effort, and also reaffirmed to me that my money is safe here because the institution is responsibly minimizing their lending risks by doing their homework. Great experience.

I've not had a bad experience in dealing with the people at Goldenwest Credit Union. I have taken advantage of the automated loan application service, shared banking services as well as in person loan applications and have yet to find anyone even remotely discourteous or unfriendly. All the services I've used have been very timely and user friendly and everyone I've had the pleasure of meeting is the same. This is the kind of banking business I will continue to use as it is the way banking ought to be unlike some of the local competitors. Thank you Goldenwest for always meeting my needs and exceeding my expectations for fast and friendly service.

Chelsea Toone was awesome! She took care of me and very flexible with my crazy schedule. She was always on top of stuff and very very helpful! I will definitely recommend her again as far as helping with a loan such a helpful sweet person! She will take care of you!

Everyone here is awesome!! Great customer service, friendly, and efficient! Sometimes I think people forget the workers are human and make mistakes but it seems like they do their best. If they don't know the answer to a question they will say they don't and then go find the answer instead of just making something up. Great staff! Shout out to Pat, you rock!!

Luke in farmington was extremely helpful answered all my questions and ensure I understood the process that would take place. Overall positive and painless experience.

My experience financing a vehicle through GWCU was exceptional. My loan officer, Jamie Decker, went above and beyond when assisting me through the process. There was an issue with the company I bought the vehicle from receiving the payment, so she personally delivered it to them. I would recommend anyone to use this credit union.

Matt was great to work with. Got a loan for a motorcycle through them and it was an amazing process. They take care of the documents for bike registration and help facilitate the transfer of title from another bank. Great employees and great service. Thanks GW!
