First of all I want to say I never used a Factoring company before but I Thank God for guiding me to Express freight finance . I started talking to David to see if I can factor with them and David was totally helpful and honest and they went over and beyond to get me approved. Everyone there well at least the people I spoke to are very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. It is easy to submit your paperwork to get funding on the loads that I delivered I submit the paperwork and the next day the money it is already in my business account. If you have any questions or concerns they will answer them they are trustworthy so if you are in need for a factoring company I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS FREIGHT FINANCE and I highly recommend to speak to David Octavio Biojo Ortiz he is the best it is like talking to a really good friend he is there to help you out to the best of his abilities and he keeps it completely honest so once again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS FREIGHT FINANCE FOR YOUR FACTORING NEEDS and I believe they have other services they can provide. The only reason I am giving a one start is because I have to but if I could I wouldn’t leave a start. Been I. Business for 2 years and it is safe to say that this is the worse financial decision I ever made. Terrible, entitled and lack communication. I question all this good comments. They act with disregards for people who are out here risking their lives on these highways. It is safe to safe that how the organization does business. From top to bottom just a bunch of rude and insensitive people. 2 account managers and can’t seem to ever get Justin or Josh on the phone. Just all around terrible people. If you are considering doing business here my advise for you is DONT DO IT! You will regret it because as soon as you sign up, you will never get them on the phone…..TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES

Where to begin 🤔 I can say I needed out of wex fleet one factoring asap!! and chris has helped me soo much!! now we are just beginning so I will update this review in a couple of month's but so far soo great!! i was hesitant to work w david at express freight after reading some reviews here. no sign up fee, no untold fees, yeah right, but i decided to try it. its legit! i have 2 trucks and am treated like i have 20. i am about 3 months in now and would highly recommend others carriers to work w express freight. tell them craig sent you!
