Stacy was super nice! I usually try to put off going to the bank but she made it fun and worthwhile and was super helpful. She helped me get set up with a credit card and and an overdraft thing. Plus she explained everything to me in ways that made perfect sense. It was the best experience I've had at the bank so far :)

Easy Fast Friendly WAY CHEAPER JUST like with produce - always go local first!!!

On July 6, 2020, I got a car loan at the UCCU branch in Payson, Utah. The loan officer, Stacy Rice, was unbelievably thorough and helpful. The other officers were very good as well. Stacy even called me the next day to guide me through the online banking procedures. Anyway, I normally don’t post comments, but I want to thank these excellent UCCU employees on doing their job so well.

I have relied upon the courtesy and competence of one of UCCU’s management staff, Austin Underwood, since opening my accounts (checking, savings, credit, and two auto loans) in 2017. He has never failed me, whether in sorting out a problem, or any other banking concern. I have the highest regard for his professionalism and the quality of his customer care.

Went in to get an auto loan. Had a few hiccups due to some title issues, but they were very understanding and help resolved the problems on their end that they could. Staff was very friendly and helpful! I've worked with this credit union since High school. They have been very good! Easy to use software, and great employees.

I applied for financing on-line and Austin from the Payson branch contacted me. He was super helpful offering different solutions for my situation. Once I decided what I wanted to do the process was very quick and he was very helpful to explain details and answer all of my questions quickly. Very pleased with the service I received and the end result, perfect for my needs right now. I would recommend UCCU for all of your financing needs. They also financed a car for my daughter as a first time car buyer a few months ago and we had great service at that time too.

Never get help in Payson office. The person doesn’t seem to know anything for example about opening retirement account and keeps entering information wrong when trying to do anything. Now if I have errands I cannot do on the phone I go to another branch if she is working. I guess because I have accent she is not willing to help since most people seem to be able to get help in this branch.
