Mountain America Credit Union S State St, Payson

This is the best branch. I love the people in there, especially Tina. She is always funny and professional. She takes care of all of our banking needs. I dont use another branch or employee.

This branch has been here since day one for me. The employees are always up beat and they make you feel wecolme all the time.. I went into the branch on Thursday to get my 2017 Nessan Rogue refinanced. I was greeted by Carlos and we sat down and not only did I get my car refinanced, I also got everything into one payment. Thank you Carlos for helping me that day. If you ever go into the payson branch here in Utah, ask for Carlos you won't be disappointed. Great employeee!!!!

I came spoke with Tina she acted as if I was not important, like she had better things to do then her job. That's very unexpected from mountain America, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The banker assisting us had an off-putting attitude for starters. Secondly, there was no communication to my husband and I on specifics about opening our joint account so we kept having to go back to the branch to fix things. The lady that assisted us at this location also had no idea a passport was issued by the US Department of State....she works for a bank....this person is handling my accounts and money? Just a bit concerned on that. Overall, since switching from AFCU for poor service, not impressed with MACU at all. Am definitely considering switching banks...again.

Hands down best Credit Union. The fraud department have caught 2 issues, resolved a.s.a.p. Every branch I've been in exceptional help. I've been with this credit union when it was M.k (Morrison Knudson) merged twice. I'm very thankful my moneys are in good hands. Thank you

This is the branch were I started out with my MACU experience 10 years ago. And I'm still very happy and satisfied with their services and what they have to offer. No matter who works the desk or drive through, the employees always have a friendly attitude and a smile on their faces. Great people to deal with.

I have been banking here for several years. They are always able and willing to help me accomplish my goals. They are busy at times, but do their best to help as fast as possible. One of my favorite services is getting a debit or credit card made instantly. When I loose my card there is nothing better than having a new one in a matter of min. Compared to days or weeks with previous bank.

I went to mountain america in payson yesterday (8/6/21) to talk to a loan officer about getting a HELOC. He pulled up my account and answered my questions. I asked him how we could get started on it. He said my husband would have to come in and fill out an application because he is the primary account holder. I was a bit stunned at this since its a joint account. I said he works crazy hours and don't know when he'd be available. And he just kinda of looked at me like that's all I can do. I felt as if he had just dismissed me.I said ok and left. On my drive home I started thinking. What makes him primary account holder? Is it because his name is first? Or is it because he's "The Man"? This wasn't something we decided. I talked to my husband about it after he got home, he wondered the same thing. We only have this account because of me. Very upset about this, I take care of all our financial stuff. I guess we will be finding somewhere else for our HELOC.

I just wanted to take a minute and write how AWESOME Tina has been at the Payson branch, she has went above and beyond to help me out with some financial issues I was having. Mountain America has been so awesome to work with, and Tina has made it even better, best credit union I’ve been too! I think she deserves a raise for all her extra help and the way she treats her members! I always have to wait to talk to her because she’s always got a line of people waiting for her, but we’ll worth the wait!!

We moved here 1 1/2 years ago and MACU seemed like a good place to put our money. The money part is not a problem, but the service is really lacking. The customers are not first, not for them. Workers and managers go about chatting, oblivious to the customers standing around waiting for them. We have needed Medallion signatures several times, but when we go to get one the person we need is not there. Terrible service at this branch. Worst bank we have dealt with in 40 years.
