    Their hours are not accurate online and when you call the 800 number from google, it’s all automated and you can’t even speak to someone. They also no longer assist guests from other credit unions which is unfortunate and I hope my credit union and others don’t help USAlliance members - let’s keep it fair.

    In general USALLIANCE is a horrible credit union as a whole, somehow got a hold of personal information it should never have of mine, be cautious of this credit union

    Open only 1 day a week. Some tellers are snarky. Not changing credit union, but going to another branch.

    Been with credit union for 30 years! Since eastern days. They have gotten big. But I do all my electronic banking with them and they been 99% accurate. I don’t like nasty letters telling me to use my credit card more or they will not renew it ! That’s bush league. Also direct deposit goes in every Wednesday morning like clockwork. Never a problem. They have had a few problems with employees being less than honest. But fired them. I gave them 4 stars because I been there so long. I know they are not as great as they were 15 to 20 years ago. But I don’t know how many of those old timers are even with them still. Closing Woodbourne branch was bad. Shows they could care less about the “ members” ! I know the excuse they gave. You can say anything nowadays and get away with it so. I have to live with the extra travel to do a few transactions.

    It really shouldn't be difficult to make a car payment with your bank. They really need to catch up with other banks on the technology end. To make a payment from somewhere other than a US Alliance bank account, you can't be signed in. You have to make a one time payment through the payment center. Which means you have to enter all of the information that would have otherwise been provided by signing in. When you do that, the system runs insanely slow. But if you call to make a payment, there's a $5 convenience fee. Funny, when you're charged a convenience fee when none of it is convenient at all. Then, to top it all off, you can't use a card, you have to use either a checking or a savings account. Which isn't an immediate charge to the account you're using to pay with. You have to wait 1-2 business days. Which means my Friday payment won't actually occur until Tuesday. I would much rather use my debit card because the money usually comes out immediately and I don't have to worry about accidentally overspending. Oh, and if you do accidentally over spend and your payment bounces, not only does your bank charge you a bounced check fee, but so do these guys. And then they apply that fee to the checking account you're forced to have alongside of your auto loan. If you don't use that pointless checking account, and there's no money in it, that fee also tacks on an overdraft charge. Isn't that lovely? Their whole process is convoluted and difficult. If you need easy banking, I would not recommend these guys. I regret getting my auto loan through them.

    It was good at first. BUT through covid they have been closed and there is only 1 branch around me. They can’t keep the ATM working to deposit money and no one is working at the branch. Changing banks ASAP.
