USAA ATM Rittiman Rd, San Antonio

Just went there almost a hour ago and the ATM ate 230.00 of my money and didn’t report a deposit. They need to fix this ATM because it’s taking people hard earn money. Luckily it printed a receipt of promblem but sheesh! You have to jump through hoops to proof your innocence.

Wasted a drive and waited in line for 30mins to make a deposit. ATM would not take my deposit, twice! I tried calling USAA, only to be left on hold for 10mins. Got fed up, I hung up! Wanted to inform them of the machine not working properly. What a lunch break 🤦‍♀️ Hoping USAA makes more reliable ATM's on other sides of town.

*ATM ATE MY CASH DRPOSIT* Late with my review but on Saturday night, my husband and I deposit a large bill in this ATM. It told us it could not deposit or return our cash. We called and filed a complaint. Monday afternoon we did get our deposit posted to out account and was told it was a glitch. That was a VERY inconvenient glitch. Hoping USSA does a maintenance check on the ATM so this doesnt happen to me or anyone again.

Yet again, not accepting deposits. I'm fed up, and ready to take my banking elsewhere. What happened to the USAA I grew up with? This bank has sold out it's customer service. In favor of what, I'm not sure.

This ATM is not that well to get to. Sometimes there is a long line depending on what time we go. Sometimes it is down quite often than I would like. But I am glad that it is close by. Overall it's an alright ATM.

convenient ATM so that i can deposit $$$ without driving to the main bank on the other side of town near the medical center I-10

I read the reviews for this Usaa atm and I was hesitant to try it out to make a cash deposit. When I got here the ATM said that the deposit transaction was not available. A waist of s drive and there aren't many Usaa ATMs on this side of town. The reviews maybe accurate.... This ATM may need some work

The ATM seemed to work for someone several cars ahead of me, the the rest of us got a “temporarily out of service” notice. I only wanted to make a cash deposit without having to drive all the way across town to do so. I’m very disappointed in the lack of service.

This atm is one of the only usaa arms on this side of town and every time I'm here, without fail, it's broken or out of order. Its makes it super inconvenient because the next closest to make deposits is 20 minutes further ! Just fix the damn thing !

Doesn't work more than it works. When it does work you can deposit cash and checks.
