I just had the worst experience after I have been cashing with speedy Cash for years. The two woman there were extremely hostile and threatening. They accused me of bringing a illegitimate check. They told me they had to confirm it with our owner. I got our owner on the phone and told them they could also reach her at our store number. when i pulled up our website with our store number they then Refused to call it because it wasn't the number they had on file! (The number that they had on file, they wouldn't release the information of where they got it because it definitely wasn't from any paperwork I provided) which doesn't make sense since our store number has been the same for years! They then called the bank to confirm with them which took them nearly twenty minutes. Of course they confirmed it to be real. They then proceeded to lie and tell me this would never happen again because they will only ever do this once. This has happened multiple times already. With one time being because they said the numbers looked smudged (completely ridiculous and not true!) Today is July 3rd 2019 I went there around 5:20 pm and I will never be returning. The main gentlemen (manager) that is normally there always provides exceptional service. Every time he hasn't been there the staff are never welcoming! I really hope you take this review and use it to help retrain your staff on how to handle customers properly! Also right next to me they cashed a man's check with out Picture ID please look into that! All he provided was a speedy Cash card. He refused to give them his ID and they just cashed it! He was in and out In less than five minutes. My ID was present, my boss on the phone, and record of me cashing with them every two weeks for YEARS and I'm the one that's getting trouble!

Manuel and the staff are a great team emphasizing on professionalism and top notch customer service. They are an exceptional representation of what is expected from Speedy Cash, I believe.

The 2 manager’s were rude an didn’t want to cash my check made no effort to give me good customer service they need to be removed from there title as manager’s because they didn’t mange anything but mange to argue with the customer’s hopefully this helps someone in the future

The staff is always friendly here and work efficiently and fast! I don’t like taking out loans, but at least I’m always greeted with a smile! It makes me feel less sad about being broke. :)

Anika was great!It was Martin Luther King holiday and I called and they're open.It was a emergency loan to pay a bill.It was easy,fast,and she went out her way to make sure I gotten enough to cover what I needed.
