Doug the owner was awesome. Special project for a year long boat trip. I shared and we reviewed pictures. Doug came up with the perfect solutions for several needs! Placed a large order of 100 ratchet systems that I just found out were made incorrectly. Shame on me for not noticing sooner, order was received 9 months ago, but they sat unopened in inventory. I paid for 54’ of webbing and only received 51’ for each ratchet assembly. They made them incorrect by shorting the fixed end 3’ which made them inoperable for my application. They came up with a retrofit but charged me for the new end. My issue is I paid for 54’, got 51’ and now had to pay again to get the originally ordered length. They would take no ownership on their mistake. I always want to support USA made products but expect better customer service than that.
